Returns & Refunds
See our below for details. In short: standard signed copies may be returned within 14 days if unread and undamaged; personalized copies are final sale, since they can't be resold once inscribed. Damaged or defective items are always replaced or refunded, no exceptions.

Processing Time. Signed and personalized copies are shipped directly by the author. Please allow 5 business days for orders to be processed before they ship — personalized copies may take slightly longer to allow time for inscription.
